All sessions take place at Harmans Cross Village Hall, Haycrafts Lane  - BH19 3EB .


The hall is clean, bright and spacious - perfect for yoga class.

There is ample parking space.


*Please see “Is Yoga On Today” page to make sure I am teaching, especially if you’re new or haven’t been able to practise for a while.



Monday @ 6pm until 7.30pm at Harmans Cross Village Hall

Hatha for all abilities

All postures offered with modifications/alternative options


Monday @ 7.45pm until 9.15pm at Harmans Cross Village Hall

Intermediate Hatha flow

Not suitable for beginners - advanced posture, pranayama and flow sequences





Tuesday @ 9.30am until 11.00am at Harmans Cross Village Hall

Tuesday @ 11.15am until 12.30pm at Harmans Cross Village Hall

Extremely gentle mindful movement and stretching with some yoga postures

Emphasis on maintaining mobility/flexibility - especially when living with every day aches and pains; getting moving again after surgery or living with hip and/or knee replacements. A therapeutic session to replenish energy and contact our inner reserves of peace and tranquillity.




Thursday @ 6.30pm until 8.00pm  at Harmans Cross Village Hall

What to wear

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing with a minimum of restriction. Bring layers for the winter months.





What to bring

Bring yourself with an empty stomach! This is extremely important. Yoga can make you feel ill if you have undigested food in your gut!

Wait 4 hours after a main meal.

Wait 2 hours after a light meal.


You can bring water to sip.


* Post Covid - no equipment available to loan - please bring a mat & blanket and any other props that you usually use.
