Sunday Morning Breathing Space at Harmans Cross Village Hall

Breathing Space Meditation group is a fortnightly Sunday morning meeting. It’s open to both experienced meditators and complete beginners and offers a quiet and contemplative safe space.

We are a well established group and we extend a warm welcome to newcomers.

The shape of the morning usually follows a set pattern.

We will sit and settle for 5 to 10 minutes - followed by a brief check-in with each other.

The morning is always themed and includes two longer sessions of meditation, inquiry and discussion - all supported by readings of prose or poetry and excerpts from respected teachers.

We always have a tea/coffee break.

Please note, most participants sit on a chair - we need to feel comfortable and relaxed in our body before we can work on the mind. Your choice of clothing can make all the difference. Choose comfy, loose layers. Bring a blanket or cushion.

Any personal information is shared in the knowledge that confidentiality is kept.
