One to one Yoga at Home

Sometimes it’s difficult to get to class.

I offer individual tuition for those occasions or times in your life when you’d like to do yoga but can’t get to class.

Perhaps you want to target specific aches and pains - neck, shoulders, back?

Maybe you have had surgery and want to ease back into practice safely and slowly?

Perhaps you’re in the middle of chemo or radio therapy and want to do some ultra gentle restorative practice - to ease your body and calm your mind?

One to one sessions are usually 60 minutes, but can be tailored to your requirements. If you need less, that’s fine.

We can collaborate and make the session exactly as you’d like it - some people have chosen to do a mixture of yoga and meditation - sometimes the session will consist mainly of slow movement and long relaxation.

It’s all about you.
